For the next two and half years, things will be up and down. Since you are saying that you are going to give exams, I do not see a favourable time from March to June 2012. Most favourable time of getting a job is from April 2012. From 2013 Feb, there is a strong chance of you moving to foreign country, or at least outside the place you were born, amidst a lot of challanges.

* Change of job is possible from Nov 2012.

There is a lagna shift at around 1:25 PM, and the moon does not change place from Aq to Pi until after 2 PM (which makes it that it is in 4th house). The time between one and two is very difficult to arrive at a proper planetary positions. So, we need to do more work on your horoscope.
